Mr. See is a recognized specialist in both trade and tourism promotion in Asia for the last 15 years. He has served as the Taiwan Market Representative for the Philippine state–owned casino. For six years, he was the Tourism Representative of the Philippines in Taiwan, and Tourism Consultant of the Embassy of Costa Rica in Taiwan. He is presently the Hawaii Tourism Representative in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. He was President of the prestigious Association of National Tourism Office Representatives (ANTOR) in Taiwan for 8 years (2000-2008), and currently remains as Honorary President. He is a Board Director of PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Chinese Taipei Chapter, the Skal Club International – Taipei Chapter, Discover America’s Taipei Chapter, and iSee Taiwan Foundation. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and is completely fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Tagalog as well as three other Philippine dialects.
