Mr. Yoichi Hayase is president of AVIAREPS Marketing Garden. He received his education in Japan and England and is a recognised expert in tourism marketing in Japan on behalf of leading destinations. Mr. Hayase has extensive experience in destination promotion for global destinations such as California, Alaska, Saipan, Jamaica etc., as well as for leading hotel groups including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts, and Small Luxury Hotels of the World, among others. Prior to founding AVIAREPS Marketing Garden, Mr. Hayase worked at Hill & Knowlton (Japan), where he was responsible for public relations for a broad range of multinational companies including American Airlines, Walt Disney Attractions, The GAP, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the Japan-Australia Foundation.
