Rainer Kothe, a graduate of Munich University in economics and business administration, can look back on more than 25 years of professional business experience.

He gathered interdisciplinary and international practise in several industries with fast-growing global companies such as Apple Computers and Honda Motor Ltd. before joining AVIAREPS in its beginnings in early 1995. Having been offered to buy a shareholder stake in the company was critical for his decision to enter a then very small but ambitious venture, believing in his own but also the skills and eagerness of the whole team.

During the last 14 years with the company Rainer enjoyed developing AVIAREPS into a successful, fast-growing and rock-solid international player in the aviation and tourism service industry.

Having been responsible for finance, legal and HR from the beginning, he spearheaded the international expansion and the diversification of AVIAREPS. In the process he always followed his belief in independence, freedom and flexibility with regards to the development of exclusive services that are highly dedicated and tailor-made for each client, but also with regards to the company's growth and the prospects for its people.

It is no wonder that many of the former and current employees of AVIAREPS have also become shareholders.

Rainer is multi-talented, multi-experienced and always on the lookout for new opportunities for globalisation offers. He loves to create, run and maintain sustainable assets for the company and its clients just as he loves to drive, maintain and restore his classic cars, giving them a long-lasting life full of value. He shows the world to his family with great enthusiasm and is actively interested in nearly every sport discipline.
