Chief Operating Officer Aviation

After passing his A-levels, Oliver went to live in Calgary, Canada for a period of 6 months.

Upon his return to Germany he served an apprenticeship at a tour operator specialising in package tours to the Mediterranean. His introduction to the airline industry was in Frankfurt in 1989 with Canadian Airlines; he began as reservation & ticketing agent, got promoted to sales executive and finally became regional sales manager for central Germany. 

In 1994 Oliver started at AVIAREPS as sales manager for Air Seychelles, Maersk Air and Transavia. Becoming a shareholder of the company at the same time, he took over the role of general manager Germany and was nominated to COO Aviation in line with his management board assignment in 1998.

Having dedicated 17 years to AVIAREPS, Oliver is always committed to steadfastly abide by all principles. Aiming to steadily expand the aviation client portfolio, he supervises the airlines' commercial performance in all international entities around the globe.    

In his spare time he enjoys downhill skiing, hiking and is an active member of an association supporting the protection of Royal Bengal Tigers.
